1. Website owners

In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owners of this website:

2. Use of the website

By browsing this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to harm its operation. The information we publish is for guidance: the scope and price of each project are set in its quote.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The design of this website, its texts, the Spiwebs name and logo and the Spi mascot belong to the owners. You may not copy or use them without written permission. Client logos are shown with their authorisation and belong to their owners.

4. Links and liability

This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp or Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or policies. We do our best to keep the website free of errors, but we are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

5. Services and quotes

Spiwebs offers web design and development (landing page and full website), SEO and Google Business Profile management, website maintenance and social media management. Each project starts with a kick-off call and a written quote setting out what is included, the price and the estimated timeframe. The order is considered accepted when you confirm it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and make the initial payment: the single payment for the Landing page and the Full website, or 50% for other quotes.

6. Prices

• Taxes: prices are final. Our services are exempt from IGIC (the Canary Islands general indirect tax) under the special scheme for small businesses and professionals.
• Domain and hosting: included for the first year from the website's launch. From the second year, their renewal is invoiced separately.
• Work not included in the quote is quoted separately before it is done.

7. Payments

The Landing page and the Full website are paid in a single payment when you accept the quote. For other quotes, 50% is paid on acceptance and the remaining 50% before the website is published. You can pay by bank transfer or Bizum. Monthly maintenance and social media management are paid monthly in advance, and yearly maintenance in advance in a single payment of €299.99.

8. Timeframes and client cooperation

Timeframes in the quote are estimates and start when we receive the necessary content. As a client, you agree to send us texts, photos and logos you have the right to use, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your business information. Delays in delivering content extend the timeframe accordingly.

9. Revisions

Each project includes 2 rounds of changes to the proposed design. Additional changes or changes to what was agreed are quoted separately.

10. Ownership of the website

Once the website has been paid in full, the final design and the content you provide are yours. Spiwebs may show the project in its portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to. The tools, our own code templates and the third-party components we use keep their licences.

11. Maintenance

• It includes reasonable content changes every month, backups, security updates and a check-up of your Google Business Profile.
• The Full website includes 12 months of maintenance from its launch. After that, you can continue with the €29.99/month plan or cancel it.
• Support every day: we reply in under 24 hours.
• You can take it monthly (€29.99) or yearly (€299.99, paid in advance, covering 12 months).
• Monthly maintenance can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
• The yearly plan does not renew automatically: we will let you know 30 days before it ends so you can decide whether to continue.

12. Social media management

• It costs €149.99 per month, paid monthly in advance.
• Each month's content (number of posts, formats and networks) is agreed in writing before starting.
• The accounts remain yours: you give us access to manage them and you can withdraw it whenever you want.
• You can cancel the service with 30 days' notice.
• We work to boost your account, but nobody can guarantee a specific number of followers, visits or sales.

13. Warranties and liability

We fix free of charge any malfunctions of the website that are our responsibility for 3 months from its launch. We work to get your business showing on Google, but nobody can guarantee a specific position in its results. We are not liable for failures of third-party services (hosting, Google, WhatsApp, etc.) or for uses of the website other than those agreed. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

14. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you contract as a consumer, at a distance, you have 14 calendar days from the contract to withdraw without giving any reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). If you expressly ask us to start before that period ends, you will pay for the part of the work already done, and you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. Businesses and professionals contracting for their activity do not have this right.

15. Data protection

We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, disputes will be settled by the courts of your place of residence. If you contract as a business or professional, by the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
